Cannondale launch all-new Trail Neo 1 eMTB

Cannondale has launched an all-new eMTB, the Trail Neo 1, designed for all terrain riding, ranging from demanding single track to urban travel.

The Trail Neo 1 is powered by Bosch’s new Smart System, featuring a 750 Wh battery, paired with a Performance Line CX motor, along with an LED remote and the Kiox 300 display. The Performance Line CX drive unit and 750 Wh PowerTube battery make up Bosch’s most powerful e-bike system, delivering increased torque and extended boost.

Riders can controlled and customize the Bosch system using the eBike Flow app. It is constantly updating to allow for a totally connected and personalized ride experience.

Cannondale highlights that the Trail Neo 1’s battery and drive unit are positioned as low as possible in

the frame of the bike, which, combined with a responsive rear-end geometry, and slack headtube angle, result in a blend of stability and agility for trail riding.

The small size of the Trail Neo 1 runs on 27.5” wheels,  while larger sizes come with 29” wheels to deliver the best blend of fit, fast, and fun for every rider.

Bikes feature 100 mm of front suspension, hydraulic brakes, a wide handlebar, and a short stem, all mounted to an alloy frame engineered to deliver a uniquely Cannondale feel.

For urban riders, the bike also features an integrated headtube light, as well as pre-wiring for a lighting system, plus mounts for racks, fenders, and a kickstand.

The hardtail Trail Neo 1 joins the recently launched Moterra Neo EQ as a full suspension ‘do it all’ eMTB, where the emphasis is clearly on the ability to support everyday urban travel as well as out an out trail riding.
