Classified Cycling recruit for a new Chief Operating Officer
Classified Cycling are looking for a new Chief Operating Officer to join the team in their Antwerp HQ.
Focused on recruiting a seasoned professional, Classified are looking for a positive, problem-solving, team player who’s up for a challenge and wants to grow in a young, dynamic and forward thinking company.
As well as being part of the management team, report directly into the CEO, the new COO will be responsible for both the day-to-day as well as the strategic leadership of the operation department. The COO will lead assembly, quality, supply chain and customer success and sub-departments. In addition to this the expectation is that the COO be a strong integrator of other departments such as sales and R&D.
The business is looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years hands-on senior experience in relevant functions, as the COO will:
- Lead the strategic vision of the operations department, comprising assembly, quality, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, customs and customer success;
- Act as the main point of contact concerning the industrialization of the company’s current and future product range
