(e)revolution on track to sell out in debut year

Denver, Colorado-located e-bike show – (e)revolution – has accumulated 70 exhibitors and is on track to be sold out in its first year, according to the show organisers.

Running 8-11 June at the Colorado Convention Centre, the show is set to features e-bike manufacturers, battery, motor and component brands, as well as accessory and technical apparel makers. The (e)revolution floor plan has now been released.

Co-located with sister event the Big Gear Show, (e)revolution is supported by the National Bicycle Dealers Association and PeopleForBikes for the information and education element of the show, which targets retailers and consumers alike.

(e)revolution show director is bike show industry veteran Lance Camisasca, founder of PressCamp and a key figure at Interbike prior to that.

Camisasca said: “We are well on our way to an inaugural show sell-out. The industry-wide interest in the show has continued to grow since we announced (e)revolution last summer, demonstrating the need for this type of event in North America.

“Increased use of e-bikes across the country continues to present challenges to bike shop owners, individual users, and communities,” added Camisasca, stating, “(e)revolution’s education program will focus on relevant and timely e-bike issues. And our education partners are the right experts to provide that information.”

Marketing Director Dave Petri added: “Our local partnerships with organizations like Visit Denver and Colorado’s Outdoor Recreation Industry Office have also been critical to (e)revolution. Their commitment to the show’s success from the early stages of planning to their current promotional support is invaluable to a new event like ours.”
