CycleTrac launches UK Dealer Network for eBike tracker

CycleTrac has launched a UK dealer network for its eBike tracking device.

Launching with a 20-strong UK dealer network, CycleTrac said it has drawn on decades of expertise from parent company AllTrac’s automotive portfolio to develop a dedicated device for eBikes. The system protects owners through multi-tiered technology featuring GPS, GPRS, 4G and radio frequency.

“We’ve worked hard to ensure that all of our stockists share the same passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with real attention to detail, to make sure that when you choose CycleTrac, you have the best theft protection available,” said Pasq Bianchi of CycleTrac. “In addition, we want to make proper eBike security as accessible as possible, so we’ve ensured our network launches with strong geographic coverage.”

CycleTrac was awarded Secured by Design (SBD) accreditation last year. It features monitored tracking capabilities via an ARC or equivalent system. The product is certified to IASME IoT Cyber Assurance Level 2, following an independent audit of its cybersecurity processes and controls. It is also certified to NSI NACOSS Gold for the design, installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV and access control, under NSI certificate 53038/ARC-G. According to the company, it is the first and only eBike tracker to have secured SBD accreditation.

As well as providing security alerts for unauthorised movement via text, email and phone call, active subscribers to CycleTrac benefit from the full support of a dedicated Secure Operating Centre, offering 24/7 assistance in the event of theft.
