Eurobike Connect goes live today

Eurobike’s new online platform, Eurobike Connect, has gone live today in order to continue connecting manufacturers, suppliers and retailers beyond the trade show.

Members of the bike and mobility industries can now use the platform to extend and manage bike industry contacts, find and compare product groups and present themselves and their company the whole year round.

“The bike is now firmly part of the future,” said Head of Eurobike, Stefan Reisinger. “It’s connected and digital. Even more reason for us to take this step and expand the show to support the industry with the Eurobike Connect digital offer.”

The new digital service aims to be the first business network for the bike and mobility industry, and even replace Google as the main source of information and business connections.

Formed together with digital agency Scholz & Volkmer, Eurobike Connect will act as a specialist networking tool harbouring advanced search functions, individual profiles and relevant international bike contacts. The concept is based upon research conducted with international bike industry experts.

The platform also boasts additional services, such as the product search function, reminder lists and appointments and planner tool all designed to help the new platform grown together with the international bike industry.

Exhibitors will automatically receive a free account for one year, and anyone else who wants to be part of the international bike and mobility network can join the platform. Company profiles cost €690/£483 per year, and individuals can create a personal profile for free.

Interested parties wishing to join the starting lineup can register now for a company profile to benefit from a 30% early discount on annual membership.

Eurobike 2020 is set to return to Friedrichshafen between 2-5 September next year. This year’s Eurobike show saw more than 60,000 international visitors descend on the trade show to view the latest products, tech and innovations the cycling industry has to offer.
