Fazua app update introduces ‘Live-Dashboard’ ride and motor data
As part of a significant update of the Fazua app, the brand introduces a new Live-Dashboard with real time ride and motor data.
The app already works as a central control centre for Fazua riders, with ability to adapt the riding modes as suits the individuals riding needs, or download preconfigured riding profiles in the Customizer.
Live-Dashboard will now also offers a live view of the riding values, with duration of the trip, the ratio of rider versus motor power and various power values displayed, in addition to the speed.
The new Live-Dashboard in the Fazua app offers many new functions. Various ride data and performance values for the tour are displayed in the clearly structured and designed live dashboard:
- The current Motor and Rider Power are visualized as a numerical value and an increasing or decreasing bar.
- The SPLIT is also a dynamic live value which shows the ratio between rider and motor power. As a result, the rider can constantly see whether muscle or motor power is predominant.
- The Battery Charge Status is shown as a percentage.
- The riding modes are shown in different colours on the display (Breeze = green, River = blue, Rocket = red).
- The average speed, cadence, duration of the trip and the distance covered are also indicated as a
live value.
“The Dashboard offers Fazua riders an overview of all the relevant trip and motor data during the ride”, says Oliver Heisig, Product Manager Digital of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH.
“The new feature is compatible with our Ride 60 and our Ride 50 and significantly improves the riding experience of both systems. Our focus in the first step was on the live display of the values: This means that the rider has a clear view of all data.”
The Fazua brand is now part of the Porsche eBike Performance GmbH product portfolio, along with Greyp. The brand also produces the Cyklær e-bike, in partnership with Storck. In addition to this, the German sports car manufacturer has previously worked with Rotwild to introduce an eMTB product.
