GlobalBike.co.uk enters administration

Global Adventure Sport Ltd has entered administration and is currently seeking a buyer for its business and/or assets.

Mazars LLP has been appointed to handle the sale of the business, which was found in Tattenhall, near Chester. The leasehold premises was previously stocked with a wide range of Ghost, Lapierre and Nukeproof bikes.

The firm’s main asset is the Globalbike.co.uk domain name, which generated 60% of the firm’s sales.

According to Mazars, “offers are invited from interested parties who are seeking to purchase the business, website/domain-name and assets as a whole in the first instance. In the event that no purchaser is sought, the assets will be auctioned by our agents in due course.”

Signs on the door of the premises now read “Global Adventure Sports Limited in administration.”
