Hase Bikes introduces new four-member management structure

Hase Bikes has restructured its management team, with four members now overseeing key areas of the business.

As of 1 August, the company’s management team consists of four members. Marec Hase remains Managing Partner and is responsible for Product Development. Leon Konzak oversees Supply Chain & Production, while Ann-Kristin Masjoshusmann is responsible for Go-to-Market. In this role, she works with an interdisciplinary team to develop the go-to-market strategy from the customer’s perspective and strengthen the specialist retail sector as a partner.

Colin Schuepphaus is responsible for Governance & IT within the management team.

The company said the new management structure is the result of a development process lasting around nine months. With a workforce of around 120 employees, expanding international markets and increasingly complex tasks, the new structure is designed to enable shorter decision-making processes, greater responsibility within specialist departments and closer collaboration.

At the same time, the new organisational structure creates additional opportunities for employees to develop and take on leadership roles, while giving young, high-performing staff greater responsibility.

“We didn’t want to adopt an organisational model that works somewhere else, but rather develop a structure that suits Hase Bikes,” said Hase. “To achieve this, it was important to draw on the experience and perspectives of our staff.”

“We want to build bikes that make a real difference to people’s lives,” Hase added. “To achieve this, we need good products, strong teams and an organisation in which people can take responsibility and shape the future together.”
