Quintana Roo names Windwave UK distributor
Tri-specific carbon frame manufacturer, Quintana Roo, has announced Windwave as its new UK distributor, starting with immediate effect.
Based in Tennessee, Quintana Roo has over 30 years history within multisport performance, manufacturing premium triathlon-specific bicycles, parts and accessories.
Windwave Brand Manager, Andy Notley, said: “We are proud to be working with Quintana Roo, a racer owned company, offering a brand with over 30 years experience and a complete range throughout the UK and Ireland. Quintana Roo is renowned for its proven aero performance and quality. Everything they do is consumer focused and being a truly Tri-specific product we feel this really sets them apart.”
Interestingly, the business was first started as a wetsuit company in 1987 before moving in to bike manufacturing a year later, the first bike made being a women’s proportional bike.
