Raleigh freezes Schwalbe pricing until July 2022

Raleigh has announced it is freezing prices on its Schwalbe lines, and honour existing pricing, up until the end of the year – if orders are placed before July 31st.

From April 1st, 2022, Schwalbe RRP will increase to reflect higher manufacturing costs and to ensure Schwalbe is consistent with market pricing. With many more costs set to rise, Raleigh is supporting dealers with an enhanced margin offering on market leading brands such as Schwalbe.

The distributor will also be overlaying this offer with special promotions each month as part of a new “Tyre of the Month” offer, which will feature unbeatable pricing on some of the most popular lines in the Schwalbe range.

In what may not be a widely known fact, all bicycle tubes Schwalbe produces are 100 per cent recyclable. In addition to this, the tyre manufacturer launched a tyre recycling pilot scheme in the late stages of 2021. The aim is to prevent the incineration of tyres, or seeing them sent to landfill. Instead, the hope is that the raw materials can be preserved for recycling within a closed-loop economy system. Schwalbe is planning to use the valuable secondary raw materials generated during the recycling process of old tires for the production of new products.

Retailers with a Raleigh trade account wanting to take advantage of both offers can do so via the Raleigh B2B or via their account manager.
