Six-year-old cycle clothing, bag and accessory brand Ornot is looking to team up with a distributor to grow its presence in the UK cycle market.
With a footing already in the UK, gained through direct sales, the brand – which uses the motto “you could look like a rolling bill board, ornot” – is looking to ramp up in Britain and gain more exposure in UK bike shops with a distribution partner.
So far, the brand has grown organically and bases its business on the fundamentals of minimal, understated designs featuring well-made quality garments that are not exceedingly expensive. Ornot’s handlebar bag has been one of its star products. Made from heavy-duty, custom printed cordura canvas, lined with a water-resistant nylon fabric, the capable bag has room for extra food, layers, camera and more.
More recently, Ornot has seen its adventure and gravel lines take off. The most recent spring and summer collection saw the firm revise all pricing as they aggressively looked to position themselves as the “finest value” within the cycling marketplace.
