Sport Import invests in Knight Composites, takes on European distribution

Knight Composites has secured investment and a European distribution partner with Germany’s Sport Import, reports Velobiz.

Details of the investment in the two-year-old wheelset specialist have not been disclosed, but the label fills a hole left in the distributor’s portfolio with ENVE’s departure.

In confirming the deal, Sport Import’s managing director Michael Müllmann confirmed the brand will retain a independent bike shop focus.
