Stan’s Rolled Gold tubeless sealant is its lightest and fastest yet

Stan’s has unveiled Rolled Gold, a premium, purpose-built tubeless sealant designed for road and gravel tyres, optimised for delivering high-speed sealing in pressure ranges of 35-100 psi.

Building on Stan’s Original formula, Rolled Gold focuses in on fast sealing in low-volume, high-pressure setups where limiting air loss is critical. Rolled Gold’s quick-acting formula reacts quickly to keep riders rolling when every second counts. While designed to excel in high-pressure tubeless systems, Rolled Gold offers increased puncture protection across a wide range of tyre pressures and is injectable through the valve for easy installation.

“Rolled Gold is a high-performance road and gravel sealant requiring less material to seal at a faster rate, making Rolled Gold the lightest, fastest sealant ever,” said Stan’s Mike Bush. “From our experience in this market and from listening to Stan’s riders, we realized we could deliver a superior product for road cyclists, that required less sealant – thus saving weight – yet with the same reliability as our Race Day product, plus you can inject this through the valve. So there are no sacrifices.”

The high-performance formula allows for lower-volume fill, sample sealant dose for a 700c x 28mm tyre is:

◦ Stan’s Original: 50 ml
◦ Competitor Average: 55ml

The quick-acting formula works fast to repair punctures up to 7.8mm @ 100 psi and preserve air pressure. It is compatible with valve injection installation, using Stan’s Sealant Injector or 125ml and 60ml bottles.
