The top bike trade jobs in the UK this week

Having steadily grown its business in recent years, Balfe’s Bikes is seeking a specialist bike builder to work across three of its London branches, servicing the need to have new bikes ready for customer pick up.
Based in Penrith, up in the Lake District, Lyon Cycle‘s recruitment drive continues with the addition of a Technical Administrator. The now employee-owned business requires skills across sourcing, stock control and purchase ordering.
Slightly further south, the Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op has a pair of roles for its Leeds branch up for grabs. These are for a Workshop Manager and a Deputy Branch Manager.
Also on offer for the mechanic are both part and full time roles with Clapham Cycle in London. Open since May of 2021 the vacancies come at a key time of the business’s growth and as such offer chances to grow with the business.
Another of this week’s top bike jobs comes from MiRider of Wigan, whose skills search revolves around the need to hire a Product Development Manager. The role will be based at the firm’s 50,000 sq ft distribution centre.
For those who have a forte for sales, Ison Distribution seeks the help of somebody in the UK’s south west to help sell its brands into retailers in the region.
Likewise, USG has a trio of similar roles for the on the road salesman. These are:

- Area Sales Manager – Northern UK and Scotland
- Area Sales Manager – Mid UK
