Trek appoints Harald Schmiedel as new European Director of Sales

Trek Bicycle Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Harald Schmiedel to a newly created role as European Director of Sales.

Harald will take up this role with responsibility for Trek’s sales in its European subsidiary markets with immediate effect. Harald joined Trek as part of the Villiger-Diamant acquisition in January of 2003 and has played the key role in developing Trek’s German, Austrian and Swiss subsidiaries over the past 16 years.

Harald will continue to be based out of Trek’s GAS office in Zurich.
