Well organised thieves hit Suffolk’s Pedal Power
Ipswich independent bike retailer Pedal Power Cycles Ltd was hit by thieves on Friday 21 March 2025, with a significant amount of stock taken.
The thieves appear to have been a very well organised group of individuals, according to the shop, damaging its IT infrastructure, cutting phone lines and disabling cameras.
According to a local BBC report, around 30 bikes of high value were stolen. Parts and accessories were stolen as part of the haul too.
The business is working with service providers to become operational again.
