Windwave to exclusively distribute CeramicSpeed in the UK
With effect from 1 January 2019, Windwave will take on sole distribution of CeramicSpeed in the UK as the Danish high-end ceramic bearing manufacturer and drivetrain efficiency expert pushes for growth in the UK.
CeramicSpeed said it was closing out another year of global growth and was aiming to focus on the buoyant UK market for 2019.
Unveiling the new distribution partnership in conjunction with Windwave’s appearance at the Rouleur Classic show later this week, Windwave MD Peter Nisbet said: “We are thrilled to be welcoming CeramicSpeed to Windwave. Being chosen as the sole distributor for the UK and Eire is a great privilege for our team.
“CeramicSpeed is constantly innovating and their relentless desire to improve the world of competitive cycling is fantastic.”
CeramicSpeed’s European Head of Aftermarket Sales, Jimmy Rusbjerg, added: “Windwave carries a fantastic track record as a trusted, well-experienced distributor with a strong portfolio of brands. There is plenty of opportunity for CeramicSpeed in the UK through strong retailer relations and strategic collaborations.

Earlier this year, CeramicSpeed launched a new ‘Hybrid’ SLT bearing for the off road market, following 18 months of development.
