ZyroFisher and Mahle bolster partnership with service agreement

One year on from ZyroFisher becoming UK partner of eBike Smart Bike Systems company MAHLE, the distributor has announced it now has an exclusive partnership with MAHLE to offer dedicated after-sales support for its eBike technologies in the UK.

Effective immediately, ZyroFisher will become the primary point of contact for MAHLE customers in the UK seeking assistance with product enquiries, technical support and warranty services.

MAHLE SmartBike Systems portfolio has grown in recent years and currently, some of the most technologically advanced eBikes on the market are equipped with one of its systems, X20 and X35+, beside accessories such as Range Extenders, PulsarOne and eShifters. Guided by continuous dialogue between the brands, dealers and riders, MAHLE’s arrival at ZyroFisher marks a pivotal point in their eBike strategy, with far-reaching benefits for both dealers and riders. This collaboration is part of MAHLE’s strategy to improve customer service for its eBIke components, which can be found in more than 60 brands. It will allow MAHLE to expand the reach of their innovative systems and will improve efficiency, providing aftermarket and warranty service for customers through ZyroFisher.
