Kali Protectives will become one of the first bike industry brands outside of Velobrands to utilise the INMO platform.
Created by Velobrands’ boss Will Miles, but operated as a standalone entity, the INMO software was built to smooth the brand to retailer omni-channel experience. Initially beta tested with Velobrands’ Chapeau business, the software recently paid out its first batch of commission on sales.
The partnership with Kali will now see Velobrands handle UK logistics, from warehousing to delivery. Sales and Invoicing will be handled direct with Kali Protectives as usual.
Sean Reynolds, Kali’s UK manager commented: “18 Months on from offering Kali direct to the UK dealer this is our next step in improving customer service and speeding up delivery times. Having stock in the UK along with a UK-specific B2B will greatly improve the ease and speed to which we can supply our dealerbase. We only sell through authorised retailers and this investment will allow them to be even more confident in stocking Kali.”
Orders placed on the B2B site before 3pm will be shipped for next day delivery. Shops can place orders by logging in to the Velobrands B2B and heading to the Kali pages, as fulfilled by INMO.
