Looking for a new start in 2021? Here’s this week’s top cycling jobs

With the jobs market currently highly competitive many will be looking for a new start in 2021. With that in mind, here’s a round up of the cycling industry’s top jobs for the week:

In a bid to take its electric bike publishing platform to the next level, Road.cc parent Farrelly Atkinson is recruiting a new editor to take the eBikeTips platform forwards. The role is initially a three days a week contract, making it ideal for any experienced freelancers currently seeking a bit of extra responsibility.

Having just successfully fundraised to meet its 2021 production ambition, electric bike motor maker Freeflow Technologies is seeking to bolster its assembly team at the firm’s new East Kilbride headquarters.

Also brand new on the board, Cycle Exchange of Kingston seeks the help of a full-time mechanic to help grow its workshop business.

Retail giant Sigma Sports will recruit a new bike fitter for its Hampton Wick store. Two years’ bike fitting experience is desirable and the prospective candidate would be utilising Dartfish motion capture software, conduct pressure mapping, be able to undertake physical evaluations and more.

Meanwhile in Oakham, bicycle titanium bike maker J Laverack is seeking a full-time customer service manager to deliver the client from purchase through delivery and after sales.

On the back of a strong spring summer, Derby distributor Moore Large is looking to grow its internal sales team with account executives covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Further north still, outdoor and cycling equipment giant Lyon Equipment is hoping to hear from anyone interested in taking on the day-to-day management of its cycling division.
