New Accell Academy training platform launches to support dealers
Accell UK & Ireland has revealed Accell Academy – now live in the UK – an innovative online training platform designed to support dealers and their staff in delivering top customer experiences across Accell’s bicycle brands – Raleigh, Haibike, Lapierre and Ghost.
Accell Academy provides engaging e-learning courses that equip retail teams with the knowledge and confidence to become true brand advocates, said Accell. By deepening their understanding of each brand’s heritage, technology and product range, staff can ensure that every customer finds the right bike to match their needs and lifestyle. There are rewards for staff using the platform too, to boost engagement further.
