Peaty’s launches new biodegradable Linklube dry lubricant

Peaty’s will today launch a new biodegradable LinkLube dry lubricant, which bike shops are now invited to enquire about via distributor Saddleback.

LinkLube Dry is a readily biodegradable, wax-based chain lube for use in desert dry and dusty, to mildly moist conditions. Their unique formula uses a blend of waxes suspended in a water-based emulsion to give you a long-lasting, clean-running, quiet chain.

Why Wax? Wax is the best lubricant for dry conditions because, when applied correctly, it will fill your links and rollers with a hard, slippery coating, which will last for ages on the trails and is dry to the touch – so dry dirt and dust will not stick to it.

“The Peaty’s brand has grown significantly over the last 12 months to offer a great complement of wheel care and bike care products, so expanding on their chain lube range was inevitable after the success of the existing all conditions LinkLube,” said Saddleback’s Declan Deehan.

The LinkLube product will be available in 120ml, 60ml and 15ml bottles, costing £11.99, £7.99 and £2.99, respectively. Contact Saddleback for stockist enquiries. Ordering will go live on the B2B portal at 7pm.
