Roxform launches free courtesy eBike initiative for UK retailers
Roxform has launched its new Free Courtesy eBike Initiative, aimed at supporting independent bicycle retailers across the UK.
The programme is designed to help bike shops offer customers a temporary replacement eBike while their own bicycle is being serviced or repaired, reducing disruption and enhancing the overall customer experience. Under the scheme, a limited number of participating retailers will receive a fully certified Roxform step-through eBike free of charge, enabling them to provide a courtesy bike service.
Roxform believes the initiative will help improve rider satisfaction while strengthening customer loyalty and retailer service offerings.
The courtesy bike supplied through the programme is a fully certified low step-through Roxform eBike featuring a 45Nm rear hub motor, a range of up to 40 miles, Shimano 8-speed gearing, hydraulic disc brakes and an easy-access frame design.
“At Roxform, we understand that being without an eBike can have a significant impact on daily life,” said Robert Huddleston, Sales Manager at Roxform. “Whether it’s commuting, school runs or everyday transport, customers rely on their bikes. This initiative is about helping independent retailers deliver a better service experience.”
Roxform added that the programme forms part of its wider strategy to make eBike ownership more practical, accessible and service-focused.
Retailers interested in joining the Roxform Free Courtesy eBike Initiative can find further information through the company.
