Stolen Goat hires Jim Hart to Business Development Manager
Cycle and triathlon apparel brand, Stolen Goat, has announced the hire of Jim Hart to the role of Business Development Manager.
A keen mountain biker since the age of 12, Hart is returning to his roots in the bicycle industry after amassing extensive experience in business development and sales in the automotive and lifestyle industries.
Hart is a familiar face to some in the industry, after competing in Downhill and 4X events from an early age and picking up sponsorship in the mid 90s.
Hart said: “I’m really looking forward to bringing all the skills and knowledge I have developed in the automotive industry to the cycling business. The team at Stolen Goat have ambitious plans and an outstanding reputation for producing exceptional products so I can’t wait to get started.
“I have even bitten the bullet and purchased a road bike so looking forward to riding some tarmac with the team…although I can’t promise I will be shaving my legs!”
Hart will be instrumental in growing the Stolen Goat’s global retail network after the brand recently made the decisive move to stop selling to Wiggle.
Tim Bland, Managing Director of Stolen Goat, added: “Jim’s passion for all things cycling is infectious and his business development experience speaks for itself. We’re really pleased he has come on board to help take the brand forward.”
Hart starts at Stolen Goat in mid July, and can be contacted via email here.
