The Bike Place confirms summer move & new venue for 2019
The organisers behind the Bike Place have now confirmed the show will move to the summer next year, firmly moving from its previous winter slot at the start of the year.
The Bike Place will run 30 June-2 July 2019 at the new venue of the Warwickshire Event Centre, which boasts a larger indoor exhibitor space and a two acre outdoor paddock exhibitor space.
The venue also accommodates break out rooms for product launches and a 200-seat licenced mezzanine restaurant in the show halls. There will also be a new demo area for road, MTB, urban, kids and e-bikes. A new Electric Transport HUB will launch at the show too, with details to follow.
The show will be in its ninth year in 2019, and was previously held at Silverstone, largely at similar times to the (then) nearby CoreBike Show. The show expects to feature 2020 product launches with plenty of scope for sunshine and beers for the trade.
