EBCO MY17 to go off-road and offer full computer diagnostics

The Electric Bike Corporation’s 2017 line up will for the first time feature both hardtail and full suspension mountain bikes, as well as full computer diagnostics.

Spanning £1,299 through to £3,000, the 2017 bikes carry motors from Bosch, Shimano and TransX, each of which will be compatible with computer diagnostics to make the mechanic’s life easier.

Trans X now offers a CAN-bus diagnostics system which simply requires a mini USB to USB cable to download the free software and get to work. The software will also keep customer records giving each bike a service history to refer to.

EBC managing director Paul Stanforth commented: “The EBCO brand is now the preferred choice of major, multiple and specialist retailers in the UK and we have calculated that the brand is available in more dealer outlets than any other brand of Electric bikes in the UK. We believe this is because of our comprehensive quality built product range, our commitment to after sales service back up, extensive dealer training and carrying stock for a quick 24-hour delivery. Now with TranzX Can-bus diagnostics our retailers have more tools to assist with customer care for bikes at a lower price point.”

The bikes will be available to see for the first time at Ebike 2017 (trade only) EBC`s in house show on the 12th, 13th and 14th of September at the Holiday Inn Leamington Spa.

Following on from last year’s debut event Ebike 2017 will feature training seminars from Bosch, Shimano and TranzX. For more details, contact larassa@ebco.co.uk, or call 01926 437701.
