ECF invites cycle advocates to become board members at AGM
As part of the European Cyclists’ Federation annual general meeting in Stockholm, running May 27th and 28th, members will be invited to submit to become a board member.
The gathering will be among the largest cycling advocate meet of its kind and will host workshops, networking opportunities and discussions on €2bn in EU funding available to cycling projects.
With over 80 delegates from around 40 countries set to make the trip to the Swedish capital, the Federation is inviting its members to put forward a candidate for the role, which entails:
- Support other ECF members with your unique skills and experience
- Play an ambassadorial role for the cycling community as a whole
- Offer input and high-level advice for the work carried out by ECF staff during the ECF board meetings in Brussels (four times a year).
Submissions are welcomed until the day of the AGM, though the organisation recommends interested members fill in a form found here and submit to the administration director prior to the event.
