Eurobike Academy: ‘Leveraging First Party data in a Cookieless World’
Eurobike 2023 will once again feature 3 days of free lectures, presentations and workshops delivered under the Eurobike Academy title, aimed at bicycle manufacturers and dealers, product developers and designers, municipalities, and other bicycle enthusiasts.
The expert presentations – taking place in hall 8, from Wednesday 21st to Friday 23rd,on the Academy Stage – will draw attention to the latest trends and regulations in the bicycle industry and show tips and tricks for companies to use them to their advantage.
Attendees will find a host of free lectures, presentations and workshops provide interesting insights on the topics of technology, marketing, product developments and trends around the topics bicycles and mobility.
Leveraging First Party data in a Cookieless World
Friday 23rd, from 10:00 – 10:45, the Academy Stage with Wyatt Wees: “First party data is fast becoming one of the most important parts of any brand’s balance sheet.”
With increased privacy features on platforms like Apple’s iOs, and Google moving away from third party cookies, first party data is more relevant than ever.
Wyatt will discuss how companies can leverage first party data (ex. emails, purchase history, customer behaviour) to increase loyalty and sales.
Currently a Marketing Consultant for Elastic Interface, and eComm and Marketing Consultant for Cinelli Bicycles, Wyatt builds and executes data-driven marketing strategies for cycling brands. He is also the host of The Business of Cycling Podcast, with recent podcast guests include Crank Brothers CEO Gaspare Licata, Francesco Sergio Co-Founder of Nimbl, Tyler Benedict of Bikerumor, and Cycling Influencer with Youtuber Juliet Elliot.
Eurobike 2023 100% sold out
Even though exhibition space was increased to a total of 150,000 square meters, the 2023 edition of Eurobike was already sold out in February, with more than 400 new exhibitors on board for the second Frankfurt am Main edition of the trade fair.
In making the announcement, the Eurobike team highlight that participant interest, and the number of registrations, had been significantly higher than for the 2022 edition of the Frankfurt event, itself an event record, with 1,500 exhibitors.
