Magura restarts dealer training sessions across Europe

Magura is to restart its dealer training sessions having tutored a record number of mechanics (nearly 1,000) through the 2018/19 season.

With integration and customisation key themes of Magura’s product launches of late, the label is keen to ensure its customers are well versed in servicing what are admittedly very often simple to service products by braking standards.

The dealer training course contents has been adapted to match the preparations for the 2020 bike season. In addition to providing information on the details of the new MT eSTOP series and MAGURA Cockpit integration (MCi), the proportion of practical tips will also be increased.

“Surveys have told us that the participants particularly appreciate the practical assistance provided with our products. Our new programme will increasingly respond to this wish,” says Roland Danner, Head of the Sales Field Service Team Europe at MBP.

Courses will once again be offered across Europe, touching down in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria and France.

The UK training courses, set for the Leicestershire HQ, will run on the 26th of November and 11th of February, 2020. Dealer training can now be booked in at www.magura-b2b.com.

Aside from physical training, Magura’s digital series can be found at youtube.com/user/MAGURAPassionPeople.

Videos on the MAGURA HS series, the VYRON eLECT and the BOSCH e-Bike ABS will follow at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2019.

Back in July Bosch increased its stake in the Magura business to 50%, a move that enhances distribution and collaborative opportunities.
