Seminar line-up revealed for iceBike* 2024

Madison has announced the seminar schedule for iceBike* 2024, part of the house show’s proposition alongside showcasing brand new products and ranges.

Madison explained: “Of course we’re excited to showcase the brightest and best products from some of the biggest names in cycling, but we also want iceBike* to be a productive and informative show where we can all get together and help our businesses – and the cycling industry – to improve and expand.

“That’s what the iceBike* seminars are all about. They’re a way to share knowledge as well as a chance to ask questions and this year’s line-up is the strongest yet. There are a wide variety of topics covered and subjects to pique your interest no matter what your plans for 2024. These seminars run daily at both the London and Manchester shows, so you’ll have the chance to attend any seminar no matter what day you’re planning on coming.

Among the draws this year will be, ahem, Cycling Industry News’s insights into how data can help to forecast the future for the bicycle industry. CIN’s Market Data Project from 2023 will be discussed, as well as analysing data from the last six years to take a look at longer term trends.

On top of that Asecos will be talking about eBike battery safety and fire prevention – a very relevant topic given how the popularity of eBikes continues to increase, ACT will be diving into how to reform the Cycle to Work scheme and the Bicycle Associate will be on hand to talk about their National E-Bike Battery Collection Service.
