Ison takes on distribution for Hayes Disc Brakes

Bike retailers heading to COREbike this month will be able to see Hayes products courtesy of a brand new distribution deal, which will see Ison Distribution distribute Hayes Disc Brakes in the UK.

The partnership plans to expand the reach of Hayes performance braking solutions via Ison’s extensive network of dealers, providing customers with better access to the top performing and reliable components.

The partnership has come at a fortuitous time, with the Hayes brand the choice of many world class athletes from the UK, winning at the highest level atop the Dominion brakes. The Hayes Disc Brakes will join other performance-orientated brands from Ison, who are well suited to get the entire line of Hayes products and spare parts into the UK’s best dealers, ensuring all athletes in their region have access to a better time in the saddle, said the PR.

“2023 was a break-out year for Hayes Dominion brakes, with several World Cup wins and of course Charlie Hatton’s World Championship,” said Clayton Goldsmith, Hayes Aftermarket Sales Manager. “I couldn’t be more pleased to partner with Ison for distribution and build on all of the great momentum Hayes has rolling right now. Lloyd and his team have a great portfolio of products and offer a top level experience for dealers across the UK. We’re looking forward to Ison flying the Hayes flag and getting the best brakes into the hands of the best dealers.”

Chris Taylor, Brand Manager at Ison Distribution, added: “Ison Distribution is thrilled to be launching Hayes Brakes at COREbike. Hayes has a solid reputation, and the Dominion range is no exception to their commitment to performance.”

Lloyd Townsend, MD at Ison Distribution, commented: “I am very pleased to be able to bring such a great brand as Hayes Brakes into the Ison Distribution portfolio for our dealers to access. Hayes design, build quality and performance is very impressive. We look forward to working with our dealer network to serve cyclists looking for top performance MTB Disc brakes.”
