Magura to open European Service Hub in the Netherlands

Magura has bolstered its European service and logistics with the announcement that it will soon open a facility in Arnhem, Netherlands.

While UK customers of both Magura and Bosch are directed to the centre in Leicestershire, the additional European building will add to the French service centre based in Moirans.

Starting from September, those businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg will be serviced by the Arnhem facility.

For those wanting to brush up on their own workshop’s servicing skills, Magura UK’s Tony Barton has created this step-by-step guide to working with Magura’s hydraulic brakes.

Magura’s service centres generally also act as distribution hubs for associated brands in the e-Mobility segment. These include Miranda, COBI, Bosch, Busch & Müller and Miche, among others.

In Europe the distribution network is said to reach over 20,000 bike shops and service centres.

Bike-EU reports that Juncker Bike Parts, a former service partner, will remain as a distributor, though the service centre takes on responsibility for handling dealer returns in a bid to achieve faster turnaround.
