Merida’s Tseng becomes chairman of Taiwan Bicycle Association
The Taiwan Bicycle Association’s members have voted Merida president Michael Tseng as the new 
chairman.
Succeeding Tony Lo, who also recently retired from Giant and had served six years, Tseng was the choice of a panel that also appointed a panel of 27 new directors and nine supervisors.
