Ribble entices online shopper with new 30 day return policy and increased warranty

Having hired in the help of Google Shopping experts back in April, Ribble has further upped its online clout with the introduction of a 30 day ride and return policy.

Paired with a new 6 year warranty on all new bikes, the returns policy allows a customer 30 days to inform Ribble of a return, or simply to request a frame size change.

James Dove, Product and Brand Director at Ribble Cycles, said: “We don’t think there should be any barriers to buying a bike online, which is why we have introduced our 30 Day Test Ride policy. We stand by the quality of our product and we know that our customers will love their brand new bikes.  However, should you order the wrong size, or for any other reason not be completely satisfied, then we provide the option to return it to us or have your custom build swapped onto an alternative frame.”

A new web platform allows customers to build any Ribble bike to their exact requirements using the online Ribble Bike Builder. All bikes are built to customer’s bespoke requirements at Ribble HQ in Lancashire before being shipped to customers worldwide.

Jon Owen, CEO at Ribble Cycles, added: “We truly believe in the quality of our product offering and wanted to pass on this confidence to our customers who get will pleasure from our bikes for years to come. In combination with our 30 Day Test rides and custom build process, thanks to our online Bike Builder, we have a market leading shopping experience for cyclists.”
