Stan’s Performance Products appoints new CEO

Stan’s Performance Products has appointed Nick McAdams as Chief Executive Officer.

McAdams brings global leadership experience from both within and outside the consumer goods and bike industries. Prior to joining Stan’s Performance Products, he was part of the Pon.Bike Group, where he led Cervélo through a significant period of growth that also saw the company relocate its headquarters to Southern California.

Before his time at Cervélo, and also within the Pon group, he led strategy and M&A for the group’s industrial distribution portfolio, which focuses on flow control products and services. Earlier in his career, McAdams spent several years in management and strategy consulting, working with clients across the public and private sectors and gaining a broad foundation in strategy, execution and leadership.

“I’ve always considered this a product-driven brand with a powerful legacy and best-in-class products. My goal is to reinforce our leadership in improving the ride for riders across all categories,” McAdams said. “I’ve already met with some of our key business partners and look forward to meeting more of them, gaining insights and working together to build on the strong foundation.”
