U.S. mobile mechanic chain Beeline Bikes will complete the last mile service requirements of bikes bought on Competitive Cyclist and BackCountry.com, the firm has revealed.
Following the September link up with the Accell Group, this partnership will “extend the online concierge experience directly to the homes of customers, reinforcing the personal connection that is so important when purchasing a bike,” said Will Sladek, VP of Competitive Cyclist.
To cope with the extra workload Beeline recently outlined plans to improve its logistics with a new central U.S. warehouse, as well as upgrades to its software and training programmes.
