Yellow Jersey backs CSG UK bikes with free insurance demo
Cycling Sports Group is now offering three free months worth of Yellow Jersey insurance on all purchases of GT, Mongoose and Cannondale bikes.
The offer will be available through over 600 Cannondale, Mongoose and GT Bicycle retailers from Tuesday 14th August, in line with the 2019 range release.
The 2019 range includes Cannondale’s exciting new SystemSix road bike, wind tunnel tested as ‘the fastest bike in the world’, Cannondale’s new Topstone adventure bike and the new GT Force and Senor models.
The free insurance is also valid on end of season 2018 models.
The offer applies to Yellow Jersey’s ‘Ultimate’ policy, which provides the highest level of cover. A customer’s bike and additional equipment will be covered worldwide against theft, crash and accidental damage along with many other features.
After the three months’ free insurance, customers will be invited to purchase an annual policy with a generous 25% discount, even if they have made a claim.

We have seen some ride away insurance policies before but to have such comprehensive cover for three months adds significant value to the sale, as thefts and accidents often happen soon into new bike ownership. In addition, Yellow Jersey are offering to beat all retailers shop insurance renewal quotes by 10% and includes cover for cycle related activities such as shop rides and demos. We feel this will help our dealers lower their running costs and increase their cover,” added Cycling Sports Group Director of Marketing, Clive Gosling.
Yellow Jersey has significantly ramped up its support for the bicycle business, adding courier cover in addition to its earlier progress on shop and mechanic cover.
